Kinney tells you about Ascatinius, a once powerful man who needs your help. He seeks an item from the Ursines in Lough Gur.

The entire quest takes place in Treibth Caillte, and takes a good amount of time to do. Even though it's in a dungeon there is still a lot of running around to do. Realm

Author's Comments: Very long quest unless you get lucky with the golem portals. It took about 3 hours for my group of 4 level 50s to complete it, most of that time spend standing on the golem pads waiting for them to respawn, and searching for Hursk (we missed the 3rd portal). The Stealth cloak is probably the nicest item from the list, followed by the Str/Hits cloak. Shorten respawn time on the golems (sometimes we waited near 5 minutes) and it would be an excellent quest with some worthwhile drops. Wealth

Hint
Golems won't port you until they respawn, and don't go to the same place each time.
When you have to search, stand still and look around.

1. Speak with Ascatinius that you know [Kinney] and ask what's [bothering] him. He shows up in building by Kinney twice a day. We saw him first around 1430 then after finishing, around 0930.
2. Go to Treibh Caillte to speak to Hervelina. Got 27,672,087 xp (at level 50..lower levels get less, another player reported 18,256,769) just for entering TC. Other than killing the mobs this is the only xp awarded.
3) Descend and find Hervelina. Inside TC are three golems on glowing transporters. Defeating the golem teleports you to one of two rooms, per a golem. Entirely at random, the only one that is controlled is the room containing Hervelina. The golem that appears after fighting the one standing there is the one that teleports you, and the "befuddled rocky golem" is the only one that will send you to Hervelina. She can be reached by using the golem transporter across the stone bridge.
4. She asks you to kill Driff Tinel for his blood. Diff is found in golem port near entrance in the area with earth golems. Conned green to 50.
5. Return blood to Hervelina.
6. She asks you to get a piece of the rock golem Ceracor, found in the same area (upstairs) as Driff Tinel. Conned blue to 50.
7. Return piece to Hervelina.
8. She asks you to kill Pericolias the dreaded for his fang. Pericolias is found in the same golem as Driff and Ceracor, but the 2nd area (with spider webs). Conned blue to 50.
9. Return fang to Hervelina.

10) Find the Ogre Alchemist HursK. He can be found by using the third golem, downstairs and in the hall from the Hermit Golem. There are two random rooms here as well. If the cave is filled with Troglodyes, you are in the right room. He is in the small alcove inside the cavern.
11. Search for Hervelina's alchemy book. Just stand in the room where you killed Hursk. Every 10-20s you will see "You search the alchemy room for the book." Eventually it will appear in your inventory.

12) "Use" the book. Although two people in the group were bumped to step 13, I had to hotbar the item from my inventory, press "e" (the default "use" key), and then the quickkey number.
13. Kill the Dreaded Ursine to gain access to the forge. He is in same golem as Hervelina, but in the 2nd area at the top of the 'hook room'. He cons yellow, sometimes orange to a level 50. Note you actually have to kill him. If you reach forge and he isn't there, you have to wait for him to spawn or wander in from one of the halls.
14. Right click on the forge to get the Faqist.
15. Take the Faqist to Ascatinius in Connla.

--Ascatinius ports in at the dock on the river and then walks into town. After wandering through town for a bit, he returns to the dock and ports back out. I saw him at 01:51.

--It has been reported that if you port out while fighting that the mobs will port with you.
